mission statement
We believe our past is our greatest teacher.  We do not want our past to slip away forever. We wish to honor
our Ancestors by educating our communities about our vast heritage of our Grandfathers,  the American
Indian. Our responsibility must be to teach and educate, Indian and non-Indian alike, about the rich
culture of the Native American. We must explain the harmony we have with Mother Earth and those that
dwell with her. Our sacrifice and commitment are the only things we have to offer the rest, including our
bodies, belong to the earth, our Mother.

                                                          Boozhoo, my friend
It has long been my dream to form this council of American Indians from this area of the Wabash Valley.
We wish to provide Native awareness to all interested in our past and our future.
